Our chicken is butchered in-house, which allows us to give you the most meat on each piece of chicken. We use a special double fry technique that allows every chicken order to be extra crispy on the outside and juicy in the inside. Each order is hand-brushed with your sauce of choice. This technique allows for maximum crunch. We recommend you get your orders sauced, but we do offer the sauce on the side.
During peak hours, please allow time for your order, as we do not make it until you place your order. This is to ensure you get the best quality product possible.
